Our customer is a Blume Ventures-funded startup offering Mass Market Consumer experience through loyalty management solutions in emerging economies.

Business Challenge

To build a highly scalable, multi-tenant e-commerce portal where local retailers can sell their merchandise. This solution was explicitly intended to incentivize retailers (Kirana store owners) and buyers with features to place new products, advertise them, and define the loyalty points for each purchase made via the platform. The buyers could then encash their loyalty (reward) points for any other purchases.

Technology Solution

Our excellent team of UI/UX designers and software engineers designed, architected, and implemented this solution, providing great insights into the purchasing patterns within specific localities. Large-scale merchants later used these insights to devise loyalty programs based on specific criteria like locality, average spending, popular products, etc.
